The accommodation in Tuscany "La Casaccia" is divided into 12 apartments. The apartments have been refurbished with an eye to preserving as many of the original features as possible for a stay immersed in period atmosphere.
Each apartment combines the charm of the past with modern comforts to make your holiday in Tuscany the perfect holiday.

The comfortable modern apartments all have timbered beams, Florentine terracotta tiling and Tuscan-style furnishings.

The romantic Corbezzolo, Mimosa and Rosmarino apartments all have a private patio area and are ideal for couples.

The Viola, Olivo, Girasole apartments are suitable for couples or families with children; they have a private patio area outside.

The Magnolia apartment with its two bedrooms separated by a corridor and two bathrooms is the ideal apartment for a holiday with a couple of friends; it also enjoys a view of the spectacular Tuscan sunsets.

The Grappolo apartment is suitable for family holidays; its focal point is an attractive wall made of the original stone.

The Melograno, Quercia, Oleandro and Alloro apartments, all situated in the main part of the original farmhouse, are extremely spacious and enjoy magnificent views.

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer and gas detector. La Casaccia’s guests may use the washing machine at no extra cost.

The adults’ swimming pool (25 x 5m) has a sloping floor meaning that it can be used for dives (making our younger guests’ stays even more fun!). There is a toddlers’ section in the children's pool so that younger family members don’t miss out on the splashing. Please note that the pools are not attended and children are under parents' responsibility at all times.

The garden is equipped with tables, chairs, deckchairs, loungers, and beach umbrellas; guests may eat al fresco and cook on the barbecue. The outdoor facilities also include a ping-pong table and child’s swing.

All holiday apartments have a clothes stand.
All windows are fitted with mosquito nets to make your stay insect-free.

Interesting titbit
The La Casaccia apartments all take their names from plants growing in the farmhouse gardens.

Important information
You may not enter the property with your vehicle, please use the private car-park adjacent to the grounds; trolleys are available for transporting baggage to apartments.
This makes holidays for families with children more peaceful and relaxing.
